Use the following procedures to program the memory keys on the
STU 111/SECTEL.
Examining Memory Dial Keys
To
examine
a number contained in memory, follow the procedure
below:
CD
Make sure handset is on-hook.
@
Press

PRGM

Note that the message display PRGM
annunciator appears.
@
Press the memory dial key to be examined. The STU Ill/
SECTEL will show the entire sequence of digits on the
message display. Continue to press memory dial keys as
desired.

Press

PRGM

The phone will return to the idle mode.
Erasing Memory Dial Keys
To
erase
a number in a memory dial key, follow this procedure:
CD
Make sure handset is on-hook.
@
Press

PRGM

Note that the message display PRGM
annunc~torappea~.

Press

RESET
I .
then the memory dial key to be erased. That
memory dial key is now empty.
Entering Memory Dial Keys
To
enter
a number in a memory dial key, follow this procedure:
CD
Make sure handset is on-hook.
@
Press
I
PRGM
I .
Note that the message display PRGM
annunciator appears.
@
Select a memory dial key to store the number. Examine the
contents of the selected memory dial key to prevent
accidental loss of a stored number.
@
If the selected memory dial key contains an unwanted
number, press
I
RESET
I.
and the memory dial key to be erased.
The memory dial key is now empty.
