information message (CIM) has been transmitted to your STU Ill/
SECTEL. The CIM contains special information that has been
updated by the KMC or another STU 111/SECTEL with a more
recent version of the CIM than your terminal.
The CIM prompt may be disregarded. The user can dial, converse,
or go secure without viewing the CIM. For more information,
