These configuration options are shown below, with the factory
settings (defaults) in parentheses:
• RJ 11 /RJ45 mode select (RJ 11)
• Ml/MIC connection enabled/disabled (disabled)
• Multiline ring select TR/BR (BR)
• Multiline fail-to-plain telephone line select (position 1)
• Power failure dialing default to tone/pulse (pulse)
• Plain telephone enabled/disabled (enabled)

Telephone Number Label
To label the STU 111/SECTEL with the proper phone number use
the following procedure:

Lift handset and set aside.

Remove the plastic cover from the telephone number label
by inserting the end of a paper clip into the hole, and
applying pressure until the plastic bows up.

Write the phone number on the paper shield provided, and
replace it in the slot.

Replace the plastic cover by placing the end opposite the
hole into the slot. Apply pressure to the plastic shield until
the end with the hole aligns with the slot, and will snap into
place.

numbers. Once the memory dial keys are programmed, the phone

numbers will be retained in memory until their memory locations
are either erased or reprogrammed. Each memory dial key can
hold up to 32 digits, which may be pulse, tone, pause, or hook-
ftash. A flashing digit on the display indicates a pulse digit. The
user may exit the program mode at anytime by taking the phone
off-hook.
