user scenarios:
a. Router(config)# schedule-run 1 reboot_device.zysh daily 10:00
(The device will reboot at 10:00 everyday)
b. Router(config)# schedule-run 1 reboot_device.zysh weekly 10:00 sun
(The device will reboot at 10:00 every Sunday)
