DIP Switch
DIP Switch Overview
5.4.1
The DIP switch is used for configuring the different parameter settings such as
•
Fault-current threshold
•
Response time
•
Fault auto-reset time
•
Auto-reclosure time
•
Inrush blocking time
•
Selection of ground-fault BO type
•
Frequency selector
•
Enabling ground current-based reset and auxiliary AC recovery reset
There are 2 DIP switches (S3 and S4) present in SICAM EFI and are located as shown in Figure 5-1.

The DIP switch settings label (refer A SICAM EFI Variant wise Terminal Details and DIP Switch Settings) is
pasted on the rear side of the device front cover and indicates the configuration of the DIP switch.
For configuring the DIP switch settings, you must remove the device front cover as shown in Figure 3-2. After
the configuration, insert the device front cover back on to the device.
