Maintain a minimum clearance of 300 mm from the bottom of the device as shown in Figure 3-3 to ensure
safety and to avoid accidental damage to the electric cables that are inserted through the glands.
Unscrew the glands of SICAM EFI and execute the wiring process. For more details on the terminal

connector diagram, refer to Figure 2-5. Refer to Table 2-2 for terminal specifications, recommended
terminal lugs, and cable specifications.
In dual-powered variants, you can choose to connect AC/DC auxiliary power supply as per requirements.
Ensure that AC auxiliary power supply is connected via an external fuse/MCB having a rating of maximum
1 A.

Once the wiring process is completed, ensure that all the glands are properly tightened including unused
glands (if any). This is done to prevent any unwanted water or dust particles entering the device through
the gland opening which can lead to damage to the device. For unused glands, ensure to keep it closed
using dust caps.
To use SICAM EFI for the first time, pull out the battery isolation tab to activate the device as shown in
