5.3 Push Button
The following functions are possible using the push-button:

Manual Reset (Reset)
In the fault indication mode, press the push-button for resetting the fault indication in the device
manually. The manual reset stops the fault LED blinking and switches the ground-fault binary output
from set to reset position. This will reset the flag color from Red (indicates fault) to black (indicates no
fault). This will also reset the signal lamp output.

Function Check (Fn Check)
Press the push-button for more than 1 s and less than 3 s and release it to initiate the function check
(self-test). The BOs and flag will latch and reset, the fault LED and battery LED blinks 5 times to indicate
that the device is functioning properly.
The function check can also be initiated remotely. Short the terminal X4 for more than 10 s and release it
to initiate the function check (self-test) remotely.

Battery Check (Batt Check)
Press the push-button for more than 3 s and release it to initiate the Battery check. The battery health
state is indicated on the battery LED (amber color). If the battery is found to be healthy, then the battery
LED will be turned ON for 2 s and then turned OFF. If a low battery condition is found, then the battery
BO will get latched (if not latched before) and the battery LED shows 5 blinks (1 blink/s) to indicate the
low battery condition. The latched BO remains latched until a new battery is inserted and battery function
check is performed.
The low battery indication is displayed when the battery voltage level falls below 3 V.

Ensure to follow the above time duration for battery check as per the event associated. In case the battery
check is performed for less time period than the time duration mentioned, battery LED may not indicate the
battery healthy indication.
