3.5 Mounting of the Ground Sensor on Single-Core Cables: Use Cases
For accurate mounting of ground sensor on single-core cables, ensure that the ground sensor is mounted as
per the following mounting methods:

Mounting Method 1:
For end-to-end cable distance of 220 mm, the sensor is mounted such that the belt is inserted up to the
stopper. Refer to Figure 3-11.
•
Mounting Method 2:
For end-to-end cable distance of 340 mm, the sensor is mounted such that the belt is inserted up to the
marker line on the belt. Refer to Figure 3-11. The stopper position is displaced by approximately 30 mm
in this case.

Whenever the end-to-end cable distance is between 220 mm to 340 mm, you can tighten the sensor belt to
an appropriate location between the stopper and the marker line.
