11. Raise or lower the lift yoke on the lift motor jackscrew until the distance from the top of
the plastic yoke lift nut to the top of the screw is as close as possible to 1-1/4" with the
yoke facing reward. The final position of the yoke must be facing rearward. To raise or
lower the yoke nut position, hold the jackscrew from turning while screwing the lift
yoke assembly up or down as needed. If the lift motor jackscrew rotates (moves)
while adjusting the yoke position, the lift calibration will be invalid. Use the diagnostic
CROSSRAMP TEST to reset the lift motor ramp A/D number to 223 and repeat the
yoke adjustment.

12. Switch the power "OFF".
13. Reconnect the lift yoke to the crossramp. The yoke should have been calibrated with
the yoke facing rearward, if not, repeat the yoke calibration. Insert the yoke into the
back lift cover yoke slot. Secure using the two mounting bolts, washers, and nuts.

to 240 in-lbs (20 ft-lbs, 27 Nm).

example: 5 NM torque is equivalent to 5 newton's of force applied one meter from the center
of the bolt, 6 ft-lb is equivalent to 6 lbs of force applied 1 foot away from the center of the
bolt.
