Troubleshooting

Cause
Mains plug is disconnected or not
plugged in properly.
Mains cable is damaged; e.g. a wire is
broken (can also occur without external
damage).
Customer-supplied fuse (building fuse) is
defective.
Unit electrical system is defective.
Cause
The fan cable plug is unplugged or not
plugged in properly.
Temperature sensors have been trigge-
red.
Unit electrical system is defective.
Cause
Unit is exposed to draughts.
Power step of extraction set too low.
Filter cassettes saturated.
The fan cable plug is unplugged or not
plugged in properly.
Air baffle is missing or is not inserted
properly.
Seal on odour filter box damaged or is
missing.
Measure
– Plug the mains plug into the socket outlet and
ensure it fits properly.
– Have a centre authorised to carry out repairs
replace the mains cable.
