Troubleshooting

Cause
Surrounding area is too bright.
Mains plug and/or unit plug is
not plugged in.
Mains cable is damaged; e.g. a
wire is broken (can also occur
without external damage).
The client's on-site RCCB has
been triggered.
Customer-supplied fuse (build-
ing fuse) is defective.
Unit electronic system or
LED/temperature display is de-
fective.

Unit door not closed proper-
ly/Food not covered.
Unit electrical system faulty.
Measure
Darken the area around the LED/tem-
perature display.
If the problems persists, check other
causes.
Insert the mains plug and/or unit plug
into the socket outlet/unit socket out-
let.
Have the mains cable replaced by a
facility authorised to carry out repairs.

Switch RCCB. on again.
Do not switch too many units on at
the same time.
Check customer-supplied fuse and
replace it if necessary.

Measure
Place only hot food in the unit.
Cover Gastronorm containers with
Gastronorm container lids.
Close the unit properly with the unit
door.
