Description
The Agent process is
responsible for device
tracking. If the Agent
process is unavailable,
then device location will
not be updated.
A registered Location
AP is not visible to the
server, due to a network
problem or a
malfunctioning or
unplugged device.
A previously unavailable
Location AP is now
registered and available.

Check the Agent through

and resolve any issues.
