Adding RF Fingerprint and Sensor icons

The physical location of each RF Fingerprint and Sensor is represented on the Layout by icons you place on the Layout
using the RF Fingerprint and Sensor tools. The icons can be placed in the spots on the layout that correspond to their
actual locale in the building. Otherwise, the device detail and Access Point association data received from the Nortel
WLAN Location Engine will not be depicted in the correct locale on the Layout.
The RF Fingerprint and Sensor tools are used in the same way, as follows:
1
Click Tool in the Palette.
2
Move the cursor to the spot on the layout, where you want the icon to appear. The cursor changes to a
hand as you move the cursor from the Tools Palette to the drawing.
3
Click left mouse to add the icon to the drawing.
4
Select the actual RF Fingerprint or Sensor from the list in the Properties panel.
