To set Auto False Echo Suppression via SIMATIC PDM:
Open the menu Device – Echo Profile Utilities and click on the tab Auto False Echo
Suppression. For more detailed instructions, refer to Auto false echo suppression (Page 69).
To set Auto False Echo Suppression via the handheld programmer:

3. Go to Auto false echo suppression range (2.5.10.2.) (Page 109) and enter the value
calculated in step 2.
4. Go to Auto false echo suppression (2.5.10.1.) (Page 107) and press RIGHT arrow to open
Edit Mode.
5. Select Learn. The device will automatically revert to On (use "Learned TVT") after a few
seconds.
