Do not pan, tilt, or zoom the other cameras at this point.

Open the camera controls for the camera attached to codec 2 and select 2

from the Select Camera drop-down list. This will result in the codec
sending black video.
Open the camera controls for the camera attached to codec 3 and select 2

from the Select Camera drop-down list. This will result in the codec
sending black video.
Make sure Preset 97 is selected and then press Set to save Preset 97 for all

the codecs.
Setting Preset 97 for an ATX 400 System
To set Preset 97 for an ATX 400 system:
On the Telepresence Tool Camera Alignment tab, select Preset 97.

Use the camera controls to adjust the pan, tilt, and zoom of the camera

connected to the Primary codec:
Pan, tilt, and zoom the camera to view the middle four seats and, if
a
desired, a portion of the adjacent seat on both sides.
Adjust the pan and zoom so that the two camera alignment marks on

the outside of the table are as close as possible to the edges of the
displayed video.
