Adjust the pan and zoom of each camera so that the two camera

alignment marks on the table are as close as possible to the edges of
the displayed video. Refer to the
Marks
section on page 2-11.
Adjust the tilt so that the top edge of the table aligns with the yellow

lines on the left and right sides of each display as shown in
Figure
5-11.

If the table edge in any display does not align with the yellow lines,

physically adjust the corresponding camera using shims.
After all the cameras are aligned, make sure Preset 99 is selected and then

press Set to save Preset 99 for all the codecs.
The Telepresence Tool does not offer a radio button for creating Preset 98.
Because Preset 98 has the same alignment as Preset 97, the Telepresence Tool
will automatically set Preset 98 once Preset 97 has been created.
Setting Preset 99 for an ATX 400 System
To set Preset 99 for an ATX 400 system:
On the Telepresence Tool Camera Alignment tab, select Preset 99.

Use the camera controls to adjust the pan, tilt, and zoom so that each

camera views the two seating positions specified in the table on pages 5-7,
5-10, and 5-13.
Adjust the pan and zoom of each camera so that the two camera
