Removing a GPU card from a riser module

Upgrade and Repair Unit

Phillips PH2 / (+) No. 2 screw driver
Preliminary steps
"Suspending BitLocker functionality" on page
▶ If applicable,
"Removing the front cover with lock" on page
"Shutting down the server" on page
"Disconnecting the power cord" on page
"Getting access to the component" on page
▶ Remove all riser modules, see

▶ If necessary, remove the cables from the expansion cards.

▶ Disconnect the GPU power cable from the system board connector.
