CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE
Turn the crankshaft and align the "T" mark on the
flywheel with the index no tch on the left crankcase
cover .
Align the timing marks on the cam sprocket with
the upper surface of the cylinder head and install
the cam chain over the sprocket without rotating
the sprocket.
Position the cam sprocket onto the shoulder of the
camshaft .
Install the cam sprocket bolts and tighten them to
the specified torque.
TORQUE : 11-23 N·m
(1 .7-2.3 kg-m. 12-17 ft·lbl
Remove the cam chain tensioner holder tool.
Turn the crankshaft and align
the'T'mark with the
index notch and make sure that the timing marks on
the sprocket align with the upper surface of the
cylinder head .
