CYLINDER HEADiVALVES
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Clean any gasket material from the cylinder surface.
Install dowel pins and a new gasket.
Install the cylinder head.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in a criUoCross pat·
tern in two or more steps.
TORQUE: 47-53 N·m
14.1-5.3 kg..m. 34-38 ft-Ibl
Install the cylinder head bolt hole cap.
Install the intake man ifold using a new O-ring ,

CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION
Install the spring on the tensioner lifter as shown.
