Once the hydraulic
systems
has been
opened,
or
if the
brakes
feel spongy, the
system must
be bled.
•
Do
not allow foreign
material to
enter the system
when
filling the
reservoir.
•
Avoid spilli ng
brake
flu
id
on
painted
surfaces or instrument lenses, as severe
damage
will result.
•
A lways check
brake
operation before riding the motorcycle.
•
Use only DOT
4 Brake
fluid.
•
Replace the sealing washers whenever the brake hose
bolt
is removed.
