Cleaning the Tension Roller
If bits of media or ink are affixed to the tension roller, it may not be possible to successfully feed media
when printing. Clean the tension roller regularly.
1.
Remove dust and dirt such as bits of media on the surface of the tension roller with a
duster or non-woven fabric.
2.
Wipe off dirt on the tension roller by using a paper towel.
If ink is cured too hard to wipe off, use non-woven fabric that has been applied with neutral
detergent to wipe off the ink.
