Adjusting the editing points
Adjusting the punch-in point

Press and light the REPRO button for the destination channel.

Press the AUTO PUNCH button.
The rehearsal begins.

As the tape playback sound from the destination channel id fading out, hold
down the IN button, and press the TRIM +/– buttons to adjust the punch-in
point.

Press the RECALL, IN, STORE and MEM PLAY buttons, in that order.
This saves the adjusted punch-in point as the sound memory playback start point
(PS register).
Adjusting the punch-out point

Press the MEM PLAY button.

Press and light the REPRO button for the destination channel.

Press and light the REPRO MUTE button.

Press the AUTO PUNCH button.
This carries out a sound memory playback rehearsal between the punch-in point
and punch-out point on the destination channel.

As the tape playback sound from the sound memory is fading out, hold down
the OUT button, and press the TRIM +/– buttons to adjust the punch-out point.
6
After adjusting the punch-out point, press the REPRO MUTE button to turn it
off.
