CAUTION: Always keep the air filter in place while the JSA7500 appliance is operating.
Running the appliance without the air filter in place could cause of small bits of dirt or
other materials could be blown into the appliance. This could damage the appliance
components.
Perform the following steps to remove and install the air filter for JSA7500:
1. To remove the air filter:
a. Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist and connect the strap to the ESD point on the
chassis.
b. Loosen the captive screws on the air filter cover.
c. Remove the air filter cover.
2. To install the air filter:
a. Keep the air filter straight on the chassis.
b. Align the captive screws of the air filter cover with the mounting holes on the chassis.
c. Tighten the captive screws on the air filter cover.

Replacing an AC Power Supply on the JSA Appliance

To replace an AC power supply:
1. Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist and connect the strap to one of the ESD points on
the chassis.
2. Remove the power cord from the power supply.
3. Push the tab on the left edge of the power supply to the right.
4. Pull the power supply straight out of the chassis using the provided handle. Use one hand to support
underneath the supply as you remove it.
5. Orient the replacement power supply so that the tab is on the left side.
