GTR 8000 Base Radio
• Number of Required Lowercase Characters —This field allows you to enter a value for the required
number of lowercase alphabetic characters which must be included in the Password. The value can be
between 0 and 255, with a default of 2.
• Number of Consecutive Characters —This field allows you to enter the maximum number of
consecutive repeated characters that are permitted in the password.
• Set Values to Default —This returns all above fields to their system default values.
• Password Aging Time [days] —This field allows you to enter a value between 0 and 65535 for the
maximum number of days a device's local password will be valid. After the Password Aging Time has
elapsed, the device's password must be changed. The default value is 0.
• Change Interval Limit [days]—This field allows you to enter a value between 0 and 65535 for the
number of days which must elapse before a device's local password can be changed. The default
value is 1.

Process Steps

Connect to the base radio through an Ethernet port link and then read the configuration file from the base radio.
