Example 1
X is a transverse axis defined via MD20100 $MC_DIAMETER_AX_DEF.
Y is a geometry axis and U is an additional axis. These two axes are additional transverse axes
with diameter specifications defined in MD30460 $MA_BASE_FUNCTION_MASK with bit 2 =
1.
DIAMON is not active after power up.
