direction B using a tool from
the onboard tool kit.
Tighten screw 1 to tightening
torque.

Park motorcycle on a level, firm
surface.
Lift the motorcycle using the
engine jack until the rear wheel
has been fully relieved.
Switch on the ignition.
Start engine to ensure that the
battery does not discharge.
