Producing a negative picture – F5 (NEGA Y) and F6 (NEGA C)
Applying a mask to the posterization or other function
– F8 (MASK)
Use the following procedure.
1
Press F5 (NEGA Y), turning it on, to invert the luminance
signal.

Press F6 (NEGA C), turning it on, to invert the chrominance
signal.
F5 (NEGA Y) and F6 (NEGA C) may both be on
simultaneously.
Note
Turning on F1 (POSTER) or F3 (SOLAR) automatically disables
the "sepia" function described in the next section.
To make the posterization, solarization, or negative function apply
only inside or outside a mask pattern, press F8 (MASK), turning it
on.
This applies a mask, according to the settings in the MASK menu
