(3) Pulse Output/Unit Error Output
Pulse Output and Unit Error Output are available for single Air Flow Sensor operation. The
specifications are shown below:

Outputs the measured standard flow rate in the

The pulse output inverts when the half amount of
specified flow rate passes.
Output unit (E.g. The output inverts at every 5 L is passed, if
the rate is specified to 10 L/P.)
However, if the frequency increases, the duty may
fluctuate by 20 to 80%.
