2. Remove the synchronizing rod circlips and
remove the synchronizing rod.

3. Remove the upper bracket securing screws
and remove the upper bracket with vacuum
pump.

4. Remove the lower brackets from the car-
buretors and separate the carburetors.

5. Remove the carburetor upper body from the
main bodv.
6. Gently tap the float pivot pin and remove the
float pivot pin and float assembly. Be careful
not to close the float valve which is under the
float arm.
7. Remove the
screw and remove the valve seat.

8. Remove the starter plunger from each carbu-
retor upper body.
