POLLING FOR RECEPTION

1. Press FUNCTION followed by 4.

3. By pressing the ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ key, select the parameter "POLLING FOR RECEPTION" and press
START.

4. Press START again. The facsimile machine asks the time at which the transmission request
is to be made. The display shows the current time.

ENTER TIME: hh:mm
5. Set the time (if necessary) and confirm by pressing START. The facsimile machine requests
the facsimile number to which the request for the document is to be sent.

6. Select the sender's number using any of the available methods.
7. Repeat step 6 for each number you want to select (max. 50) or move straight on to the next
step.
8. Press START to confirm the numbers set and end the procedure. The facsimile machine
sends the request for transmission or, if a time different from the current one has been set,
moves into standby.

Changing a Previously Set Polling Request

The procedure below enables you to change a polling reception transaction that has already been
set.
