Power failure report
It contains information about the documents present in the memory when the power failure
occurred.
Example of the report:

SECURITY FUNCTIONS

Your facsimile machine has security functions which will enable you to prevent unauthorized
persons from using the facsimile machine to indiscriminately transmit documents, make copies or
change the configuration set. The security functions are called Password and Closed network.

PASSWORDS

The passwords are requested by the facsimile machine whenever an attempt is made to activate
certain functions or to change the machine's configuration: access is denied until the password is
entered. There are three passwords:

System Password
Controls access to the "SET-UP" menu, which contains the functions and parameters that
determine the machine's overall operation, including the "USER DATA" submenu which is
used for setting, changing and deleting all passwords. Once set, this password will be
requested when you press START to access the set-up menu. It takes priority over the other
passwords.
