SENDING A FAX TO SEVERAL CORRESPONDENTS ("BROADCAST")

1. Insert the document in the ADF. The display shows the message "DOCUMENT INSERTED".
2. Press FUNCTION followed by 1.

3. To access the "BROADCAST TRANSMISSION" menu, press START.
BROADCAST TRANSMISSION
ENTER TIME: hh:mm
4. Press START to accept the time displayed (immediate transmission) or enter the time at
which the document is to be sent (delayed transmission - within the next 24 hours) and press
START. The facsimile machine stores the document.

ENTER FAX NO.:
5. Using any of the methods available, enter the number of a correspondent to whom you want
to send the document.
6. Repeat step 5 for each correspondent (max. 50). Having selected the last number, press
START to confirm the complete set of correspondents.
The facsimile machine starts sending the document (if immediate) or returns to standby (if
delayed).

Repeating a Single Transaction of the Broadcast Transmission

To repeat a transaction included in the broadcast transmission that was concluded unsuccessfully,
proceed as follows:

One of the transactions included in a broadcast transmission was concluded unsuccessfully
and the set-up parameter "RESEND FAILED TX" is enabled.
1. Press FUNCTION followed by 9.
