Multifunction key:
- Starts manual transmission or reception
- Activates the menu function selected or confirms data entry on the
display, thus enabling you, in some cases, to move on to the next
procedure and, in others, to restore the previous operating status
- Starts copying a document
Used for accessing the various function menus (enabled in STAND-BY
only).
Clears data entered by mistake.
This key is used for printing:
- any document stored in the memory
- reports selected from the "Reports" menu
- numbers stored for one-touch or speed dialling
- numbers stored for secure polling transmission
- the set-up parameters.
It is also used in the print head purging procedure.
Confirms alphanumeric characters entered.
Enables you to dial the fax number on the numeric keypad.
During data entry, moves the cursor one place to the left.
