The document has been stored for transmission. The display shows the number of pages in the
document and its reference number, which can be used for changing the transaction associated
with it.
TRANSMITTING
The facsimile machine is sending a document. The display shows the number of the page being
sent (P.nn), the transmission speed (expressed in thousands of bauds, 9.6 or 4.8) and whether
or not Error Correction Mode (E) is enabled.
TRANSMISSION IN PROGRESS
PLEASE WAIT
The facsimile machine is sending a document from the memory. At the end of the operation, it
sends the document inserted in the ADF.
*REDIAL*
number
The facsimile machine is automatically redialling the number dialled. In this situation, the console
is disabled. If the document has been removed from the ADF, the facsimile machine beeps and
aborts transmission.
NO CONNECTION
number
The line is busy or the correspondent's fax is not connected. If the document is sent from the ADF,
press STOP to remove the message and retry transmission.
TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED
number
Transmission was aborted by the operator.
