THE FUNCTION MENUS

All the functions that determine how the machine behaves in the various operating conditions are
grouped in a set of ten menus accessed by pressing the FUNCTION key followed by the relevant
numeric key (from 0 to 9). The menus can be divided into submenus, each of which consists of
a series of functions (or parameters) that you may set.
A list of all the function menus is provided below, together with the key sequence used for accessing
them.

REPORTS
Displays and prints work reports.
BROADCAST TRANSMISSION
Used for setting a broadcast TX transaction (immediate/
delayed).
DELAYED TRANSMISSION
Used for setting a deferred TX transaction.
CONFIDENTIAL TX
Used for setting a confidential TX transaction
POLLING
This menu has the following submenus:
POLLING FOR TRANSMISSION
Used for setting a polling TX transaction (free or secure)
POLLING FOR RECEPTION
Used for setting a polling RX transaction
SET-UP
This menu has the following submenus:
USER DATA
Used for setting the parameters that customize the use of
your facsimile machine
SET-UP PARAMETERS
Use for setting the facsimile machine's set-up parameters
INSTALLATION PARAMETERS
Used for setting the facsimile machine's installation pa-
rameters
