If the set-up parameter "DEL FAILED POLL TX DOC" is enabled, the document will be
cleared from the memory as soon as one transmission operation has taken place !
1. Press FUNCTION followed by 4.

2. To access the "POLLING" menu, press START.

4. Place the document in the ADF and press START. The facsimile machine starts storing the
document and, when it has finished, shows the data associated with it. The machine then asks
what method of polling is to be used: free or secure.
