Displaying the report
To display the individual items on the report, proceed as follows:
1. Follow steps 1 and 2 of the procedure described above and then press START again. The
facsimile machine displays the progressive number of the transaction.

2. Display the information for the transaction by pressing the ← ← ← ← ← or → → → → → .key.
3. Press STOP twice to exit from the menu.

Printing the report
To print the report, proceed as follows:
1. Press FUNCTION followed by 0.

Type of transaction associated with the document
Specifies the document's characteristics
Document sent from the ADF
Document received by polling
Document reference number
Document sent while connected to a PC
Dialled fax number
ID of remote machine (if stored)
Date and time of transmission
Duration of transmission. If the values appear in brackets, this
means that the document was sent in DOCUMENT
RETRANSMISSION mode.
Number of pages that form the document sent.
Result of transmission.
