POLLING

STORING POLLING IDS

This section describes how to store the IDs to be used in secure polling transmission mode. The
IDs range from 01 to 10 and to each one is associated the CSI (max. 20 digits) of the user who
is authorized to make a polling request for one of your documents.
1. Press FUNCTION followed by 5.

4. Press ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ to display the "Secure Polling ID" function.

ID. 01:
6. By pressing ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ display the ID to which a facsimile number is associated, for example,
03.
SECURE POLLING ID.
ID. 03:
If the selected polling ID has already been associated with a facsimile number, the latter is
shown on the display. In this case, choose another ID (keys ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ and ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ) or take the following
steps to change the facsimile number associated with the polling ID.
