PRINTING PROGRAMMED DATA

You can print the data programmed on the 16 one-touch dialling keys and 100 speed dialling codes.
This enables you to check that the numbers (facsimile and telephone) and data set for each key
or code (user name, transmission speed and closed network settings) are correct, and which keys
or codes have been programmed. In addition, if you keep a copy beside the facsimile machine,
you will be able to see which user a given number corresponds to at a glance.
The data is printed:
-
in progressive numerical order , if no names have been associated with the numbers
in alphabetical order , if the correspondents' names have been associated with the facsimile
-
numbers.
The parameters not set for a given key or code will be marked with "--". Unprogrammed keys or
codes are not printed.
To print this data, once programmed, proceed as follows (the example refers to speed dialling
