If the set-up parameter "DEL FAILED POLL TX DOC" is enabled, the document will be
cleared from the memory as soon as one transmission operation has taken place !
1. Press POLLING.

3. Place the document in the ADF and press START. The facsimile machine starts storing the
document and, when it has finished, shows the data associated with it. The machine then asks
what method of polling is to be used: free or secure.

4. Press START to activate free polling. The facsimile machine confirms the selection and
returns to standby. From this moment on, if a remote correspondent makes a request for the
document, the machine will send it.

You must have already stored the secure polling IDs !
Follow steps 1 to 3 of the procedure described above and then continue as follows:

2. Enter the IDs of the users authorized to receive the document (from 01 to 10), confirming each
of them by pressing the START key.
3. Having entered the last ID and confirmed by pressing START, press START again. The
facsimile machine confirms the setting and returns to standby. When it receives a request to
send the document, the facsimile machine checks whether the caller's ID is one of the secure
polling IDs set. If it is, it sends the document and prints the report; if it is not, it denies the
request for transmission and cuts off the connection. The document stored is automatically
cleared when it has been sent to all the IDs set.
