Return Shipment Instructions

If it is necessary to return the Polaris DP-20 to Fife Corporation for service, care must be taken
to properly package the unit to prevent damage during shipment. Pay particular attention to the
power receptacle on the rear panel of the unit. If the rubber cover for the power receptacle was
kept from the original receipt of the unit, place it over the power receptacle to protect the
protruding pins. If the rubber cover is not available, place sufficient packing material around the
power receptacle to protect it during shipment.
