Polycom CX5500 Unified Conference Station for Microsoft Skype for Business User Guide
To temporarily remove a message alert:
» From the Home screen, navigate to Messages > Message Center and select Clear.
All message indicators are removed for about one to two hours.
Note: Set or change your voicemail greeting
Contact your system administrator or service provider for information on setting or changing your
voicemail greeting.

Access Skype for Business Voicemail Messages

When the unified conference station is registered with the Skype for Business server, you can view
individual voicemail messages. For each voicemail message, you can view the contact who left the
message, the contact's presence status, and the status of the voicemail message. You can also call contacts
from the Voicemail screen. Check with your administration to find out if this feature is available.
The following icons display next to each message to indicate the status of a message:
Unread message
Read messages
To access your Skype for Business voicemail messages:
1 Press Messages > Voicemail.
A list of voicemail messages is displayed, as shown next.
2 Select a message and select Play.

Managing Skype for Business Voicemail Messages

From the Skype for Business Voicemail screen, you can call a contact, delete messages, or mark unread
messages.

Call a Contact

After you listen to a contact's voicemail, you can call the contact from the Voicemail screen.
To call a contact from the Voicemail screen:
» Select a message and select Call.
