Accessing Voicemail and Receiving
Broadcast Messages
You can send, broadcast, and access a variety of audio, verbal, video, and written messages on
RealPresence Trio 8800s. This section includes the following topics:

The system may not support all of the features described in this section. Check with your system
administrator to find out which features are available.
Access Voicemail Messages
You are notified of new voicemail messages on the RealPresence Trio 8800 in the following ways:
● The number of voicemails displays on the Voicemail option in the menu.
● An audible alert is played.
Note: Set or change your voicemail greeting
Contact your system administrator or service provider for information on setting or changing the
voicemail greeting.
To access voicemail messages:
1 From the Home screen, navigate to Settings > Features > Voicemail > Message Center.
2 If you have multiple lines on the system, select the line that has the new message.
3 From the Messages screen, tap Connect and follow the prompts to access your messages.
Note: Accessing voicemail remotely
Contact your system administrator or service provider for information on remotely accessing your
voicemail.
Access Lync Voicemail Messages
When the system is registered with the Lync 2013 server, you can view individual voicemail messages on
the system. For each voicemail message, you can view the contact who left the message, the contact's
presence status, and the status of the voicemail message. You can also call contacts from the Voicemail
screen.
