6-46-8 Latch Clutch
1. Before you disassemble the latch clutch, you
should remove :
♦ Left side cover (See page 6-35)
2. Remove the one screw and take out the latch
clutch and its spring.

Note: When you reassemble the latch clutch, you
should set the spring in place as shown below,
then replace the clutch.

6-46-9 Idle Gear, SCF
1. Before you disassemble the idle gear, you should
remove :
♦ Solenoid (See page 6-36)
♦ Pickup clutch (See page 6-36)
♦ Feed clutch (See page 6-36)
♦ Latch clutch (See page 6-37)
2. Remove the E-ring from the idle gear and take
out the idle gear.

1. Before you disassemble the control board, you
should remove :
♦ Left side cover (See page 6-35)
2. Unplug the two connectors from the board.
Remove the two screws from the board and take
out the board.
