Disassembly and Reassembly
6-46-4 Idle Gear, Z5513/Z27
1. Before you disassemble the idle gear, you
should remove :
♦ Left side cover (See page 6-35)
♦ Motor bracket (See page 6-35)
2. Remove the E-ring from the gear Z5513. Then
take out the gear Z5513.
3. Remove the gear Z27 located under the gear
Z5513.

6-46-5 Solenoid
1. Before you disassemble the solenoid, you should
remove :
♦ Left side cover (See page 6-35)
2. Unplug the connector. Remove the two screws
securing the solenoid, and take out the solenoid.

6-46-6 Pickup Clutch
1. Before you disassemble the pickup clutch, you
should remove :
♦ Left side cover (See page 6-35)
♦ Solenoid (See page 6-36)
2. Remove the E-ring from the pickup clutch. Then
take out the pickup clutch.
