Two LEDs are integrated in the 100 baseT RJ45 ODU connector.
When the green LED is lit, it indicates that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to an
Ethernet device. When it flashes it indicates Ethernet activity. If it is not lit, it means that the cable
is not connected, or that the Ethernet interface which is connected to the SAGEM-LINK F does
not work.
When the orange LED is lit this is indicates that current transmission interface is 100 baseT (10
baseT when the LED is off).
6.5.2 – Sagem Link F Pilot Ethernet Alarm
The Ethernet alarm displayed on the Pilot software (Local or Remote Alarm Visualization screen)
corresponds to the lack of input transmit Ethernet signal on the RJ 45 connector labeled "100bT "
This alarm has the same meaning as a tributary alarm, and can be found in the same menu.
When this alarm occurs, the IDU front panel tributary LED lights red, and there is a red indication on
the main Pilot screen.
It is possible to disable this alarm in the Ethernet configuration screen.
When this alarm occurs, check the Ethernet cable, and verify that the Ethernet device connected to
the SAGEM LINK F IDU works properly.

Orange : 100 BaseT
Off : 10 BaseT
