Action
1. If the blade server has stopped responding, turn
off and restart the blade server. See "Turning off
the blade server" on page 7 and "Turning on the
blade server" on page 6.
2. Make sure that the DSA Diagnostic code is up-
to-date, upgrade if necessary; then, rerun the
test. The latest code can be found on the IBM
support website at http://www-933.ibm.com/
support/fixcentral/systemx/groupView? query.

3. Make sure that the system firmware level is up-
to-date, upgrade if necessary; then, rerun the
test. The installed firmware level can be found in
the DSA Diagnostic Event Log within the
Firmware/VPD section for this component. The
latest level firmware for this component can be
found on the IBM support website at http://
www-933.ibm.com/ support/fixcentral/systemx/
