1-3-5 Each unit's heating value

Each heating value is calculated with the following values.
The values for the servo drive unit are for a stall output, and the values for the spindle drive unit are for
a continuous rated output. The value for the power supply unit includes the AC reactor's heating value.

1. Design the panel's heating value taking the actual axis operation (load rate)
into consideration. With a general machine tool, the servo drive unit's load
rate is approx. 50%, so the heating values inside the panel are half the values
shown above. (Excluding the power supply and spindle drive unit.)
= (40 + 220) + (62 + 280) + (51 + 209) = 862 [W]
