bit 6 [PCL, PS, PDF]: Changes the paper direction used
with the settings "Any Size/Type" or "Any Custom
Size/Type".
By default "Any Size/Type" and "Any Custom Size/Type" treat all paper in the
bypass tray as if it were loaded in the SEF direction. This bitswitch changes the
assumed direction to LEF.
