Environmental Requirements

The following Windows operating systems are supported.
You need administrator permission to update the firmware. Log in as an Administrator's group member.

Update Precautions

Make sure your computer does not enter sleep mode during the update process. If your computer is
running Windows 7, follow the procedure below to check the power options:
